Saint Martin's Island is the only coral island in Bangladesh. It is a small island in the north-eastern part of the Bay of Bengal.

The local name of the island is 'Narikel Jinjira'. The island is enriched with coral of different shapes and colors and the sea turtles.

The inhabitants of the island depend largely on fishing for livelihood, as there is a variety of sea fishes. The island has become a popular tourist spot. It is 26 nautical miles away from Teknaf.

One can go there by sea bus. It is only about a two and half hours journey from Teknaf. The island is full of natural beauties. Tourists come to visit is every year.
