Ministry of Primary Education has decided to abolish Primary School Certificate Examination (PSC) from this year of 2016.

A source of the ministry has confirmed this.

Earlier the students and guardians demanded to abolish this class V examination from this year.

A draft bill to abolish PSC exam will be present to the next cabinet meeting.

Upto Class VIII will be treated as the primary education.
