Students of Bangladesh Islami University  formed anti-militancy human chains on their respective campuses at Maniknagar, Dhaka to create awareness against militancy and terrorism.

Thousands of students and teachers-employees took part in the long-hour human chains that began at 11 am August 01, 2016, Monday.

Prof. Dr. Anwarullah Chowdhury delivered a speech to the students.

Treasurer, Registrar, Deans, Chairman of Departments were also present in this human chain.

Same program was held in all private universities in Bangladesh as per UGC's directives.
