Simple Present Tense: Indicates facts and habits
Present Continuous Tense: Indicates action in progress now
Present Perfect Continuous Tense: Action That started in the past and is still in progress
Present Perfect: Action that is complete at the time of speaking
Past Perfect: Action completed at a specific time in the past
Examples:
Simple Present Tense: I play tennis once a week.
Present Continuous Tense: I am playing tennis now.
Present Perfect Continuous Tense: I have been playing tennis since I was 12.
Present Perfect: I have played tennis with her once.
Past Perfect: I played tennis with her when we were in Spain.
